Mechanical Polishing and Electropolishing

NJR has advanced electropolishing and mechanical polishing machines to polish the surface of stainless steel to make it smoother with decreased adhesion force and increased corrosion resistance. After professional polishing process, the roughness of inner surface of stainless steel vessels and tanks, Ra, can less than 0.28μm, which satisfies the standard of GMP and FDA.

Precision CNC Machining

Pharmaceutical stainless steel reactor is a complex system. Besides the vessels and tanks, it still needs pipes, valves, heat exchangers and so on to carry out different function. This stainless steel fittings are also processed by NJR to fulfill the complete function of the formulation and processing system.

3D Design and Drawings

NJR offers a complete elaboration service in designing phase. Based on customers’ URS and layouts of factory, NJR offer project management from the graphic design to the 3D design. And the equipment devised by NJR are configured, fabricated, installed and tested in confirmation with the client’s requirements.

Installation

NJR can help you install and test the equipment in face. It includes:
Installation of pharmaceutical processing system and equipment;
Installation of hygienic stainless steel piping system;
Installation of shared clean pipes such as the pipeline used for transportation of injection water, pure water, pure steam and clean compressed air.

Training On-site

NJR has professional after sales service team. After the skilled staff assist with the installation of all your stainless steel equipment and pipe, they will continue to train your operating staff and maintenance man one to one until they all master it.

Maintenance

NJR offer services for a long term. After NJR finishes pharmaceutical turnkey projects, we will come back for clients regularly to see the condition of the equipment. If clients have any problem during the production, NJR’s staff will communicate with clients through telephone, email, online video and so on to help clients solve the problem.
