The mixing tank is an ideal equipment used for liquid mixing, especially suitable for the purification of pharmaceutical products with uniform concentration in the tank. NJR provides stainless steel mechanical stirrer tank and magnetic stirrer tank.

Features of stainless steel mixing tank
  • Adopt 316L or 304 stainless steel to make the tank with interior precision polish finish while the outer surface is all-welding stainless steel plate.
  • There is hydrophobic filter used for gas filtration with pore size of 0.2μm
  • With the magnetic stirrer to mix on a low level near the bottom of the tank. It can use the driver gear outside the tank to drive the passive gear to rotate in the magnetic field so that there is no friction between the gear and bearing. Hence, it avoids the pollution caused by the mechanical stirrer.
