Sound and light protection module - Function
①Two reaction vessels can clean and recycle in line.
②CIP clean system with drain system can recycle the dichloromethane and drain the waste water.
③Dichloromethane drain pipes have automatic sampling valve and check valve. The sampling valve can control the amount of sample according to the switch time.
④Pure water and waste water piping line have in-line conductivity meters and check valves. The waste fluid is introduced to the waste tank. - Temperature
The reactor is equipped with temperature monitor system. The cooling speed is adjusted by controlling the cooling water’s temperature and the circulation velocity of oil/water cooler.
