- The temperature in the tank should be between 7℃~100℃ with pressure ranging from -0.1MPa~0.4MPa;
- Colling water and circulating water is introduced to the jacket with temperature ranging from room temperature and 180℃, pressure ranging from 0～0.6MP
Besides, client needs us to solve two critical problem: how to mix the inflammable medium and how to make it anti-corrosive and leak proof?
- The mixer is a 304 stainless steel anchor stirrer with speed of 85 rpm.
- Since the product is fine chemical product, the ABB frequency converter induction motor for explosive atmospheres was adopted with level of d IIB T4. The power is three-phase and four wire with voltage of 220v
- Burgmann’s anti-corrosive mechanical seals is used to avoid leak. It satisfies the pressure requirement of the reactor.
