- The client needs a fermentation tank used for microbe’s fermentation and autoclaving of culture medium. The sterilizing procedure is 121℃ for 30 minutes.
- The tank should have a good gas tightness, with which the decrease of pressure in the tank should no more than 2PSIG
- The tank should be able to carry out high pressure steam sterilization.
Solutions
- Adopt advanced magnetic fluid to seal the tank so that no harm to the environment;
- The design pressure of tank body is -0.1～0.3MPa while the working pressure for jacket is 0.3MPa;
- On the top of tank body, a hole is used for feed and inoculate and both the feed point and inoculate point can carry out sterilization, which have no impact on the temperature inside the tank.
- Adopt rockwool insulation and circulation water system to control the temperature.
