Lotion Mixing and Homogenizing Solution
Design Idea
The difficulty of production of lotion is that it’s easy to product foam when it’s mixing. Hence, NJR equips foam breaker inside the mixing tanks and reaction tanks. Jacketed tanks were used to heat materials indirectly.
Moreover, since this product will be used on skin without other protection, the sanitary of processing equipment is very important. NJR adopts polished finish 304 stainless steel when the system needs to contact with the lotion so that the products is safe and sanitary.
