The client needs four sets of automatic sterile eye drop compounding systems with functions shown below:
- precise control on the composition, flow rate and filter precision of materials;
- with clean test and final sterilization;
- set, record, alarm, correct, review, download and print all kinds of processing parameter.
- Control the flow rate of material by metering pump. At the same time, every compounding system equips with one titanium filter, one 0.45μm microporous filter, two 0.22μm microporous filters and necessary pumps.
- Every compounding system has separate CIP and SIP systems.
- Adapt PLC system and specific software to automatically control the processing and can have multi- level keywords to control.
